Suspicious Incident
On Friday, May 1, Landings Security received a report of a suspicious person gaining entry to the Moon River area without authorization. An Officer was able to identify the man as a contractor working in the area. Both the resident and contractor were informed that they must use the callbox for entry going forward. A follow-up call was made to the complainant to inform them of the outcome.

On Saturday, May 2, Landings Security received a call regarding suspicious activity at a residence on Blackgum Lane. Upon arrival, an Officer found that the back garage door was open. Upon further inspection, it appeared that there had been a delivery and the door was not properly secured afterwards. Contact was made with the resident who advised that they would have a neighbor check the premises and make sure everything was secured.

Parking Guidelines
As warmer weather arrives and summer activities pick up, Landings Security would like to remind residents of community Rules regarding parking:

  • Utility trailers, boats, boat trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, and other similar vehicles may be parked on private property for one overnight period per month onlyThe Landings Association’s Security Department must provide prior authorization.
  • No vehicle shall park overnight on Common Property, to include streets, without prior authorization from The Landings Association’s Security Department.
  • All vehicles on private property must be parked on a paved surface at all times.

These Rules help maintain safety, accessibility, and the overall appearance of our community. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to keeping our neighborhood orderly and enjoyable for everyone.
