Athletic Facilities

The Ballfields are located across from The Landings Association's Admin Building (600 Landings Way South). Please list the name of the group reserving the field, as well as your contact information, below. Each group can reserve the field only twice per week, for a maximum of two hours at a time. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance. The layout and location of the Fields can be viewed by clicking on the following link:

Ballfield Diagram

Ballfields 1 and 2 are designed to support a U6 soccer team.
Ballfield 3 is designed to support a U8 or U10 soccer team.
Ballfields 4 and 5 are designed to support a U10 or U12 soccer team and can be combined to support a lacrosse team.

The Pratice Soccer Field is located near the Dog Park and water tower at Landings Way North and Wiley Bottom Road. It does not have night lighting or restrooms. No vehicles, pets or golfing are allowed on the field. Please list the name of the group reserving the field, as well as your contact information, below. Each group can reserve the field only twice per week, for a maximum of two hours at a time. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance.

Please check the box below if you plan to place an inflatable on the athletic field. Inflatables placed on any portion of the Athletic Field require a $250 fee. Once the date of your event has concluded, Public Works Staff will evaluate the area on the next available business day to ensure that the turf was not damaged. Staff will also evaluate all sprinkler heads, etc. in the same fashion. If any damage is noted, The Landings Association reserves the right to assess a fine to cover the damages.

BY CHECKING OFF ON THE BOX BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND WILL ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:

• The Landings Association must be notified of any changes in this requested schedule of times.
• I will not utilize water for any purpose on common property including, but not limited to, water slides, inflatables requiring water, et al.
• Common property reservations for soccer teams and baseball/t-ball teams will be limited to two practices per week for a maximum of two hours per practice. I will remove any and all equipment  from the common property area at the end of my scheduled date and time, regardless of the completion of event so as to allow other scheduled groups or parties time for set-up.
• I am responsible for obtaining any required County permits associated with the activity.
• The Landings Association is not responsible for the safety or welfare of non-residents.
• Events that promote sales to the community, including food trucks and pop-up shops, are not permitted unless it is a Landings Association sponsored event.
• The Landings Association reserves the right to deny access to anyone.

Use of Alcohol on Common Property:

• Neither The Landings Association nor its employees shall sell, furnish, or serve any alcoholic beverages at any time on any property of the Association.
• No alcoholic beverages may be sold on The Landings Association’s property, nor may any persons under the age of 21 years of age have in their possession said items at any time on The Landings Association’s property.
• If, at any time, alcoholic beverages should be served by anyone on The Landings Association’s property, the applicant(s) agrees to hold harmless and indemnify The Landings Association, its officers, directors, and employees of and from any and all claims for personal injuries (including wrongful death) and property damage sustained by anyone as a result of any act of commission or omission of any person who has consumed any such substance.

Parking/Guest Registration:
An emergency lane must be kept clear at all times on every street. Guests will park in marked spaces where available and overflow will be contained to one side of the street. Fire hydrants and/or mailboxes should  not be blocked, and parking is not permitted on grassy areas.. Off-island guests (participants) will be identified by name to the Security department in advance of the event. If you are expecting five or more off island guests, an alphabetical list is required for Security. This list must include the date, time, and location of the event, as well as sponsor’s name and pin number.

Cleanup/Setup:
Cleanup and trash removal will be the responsibility of the property owner who submitted this reservation request form. This includes removal of any food garbage from the site, removal of all equipment from the area and any adjustments made to the fields for organized event use.

Special Event:

You must fill out the Special Event Permit if you will require any of the following:

• Special Gate Access
• Overflow or Street Parking
• Security Officer Support (hourly rate/availability applies)
• Public Works Support (hourly rate/availability applies)

I acknowledge and will abide by the rules listed above; I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Landings Association, its directors, officers, and employees of and from any and all claims, losses, expenses, or liability, including a claim for wrongful death, together with all expenses and attorney fees incurred by The Landings Association which arise from such use.
