Administration Building

The Landings Association's meeting room is located in its Admin Building (600 Landings Way South). The room is  available from 6-11 p.m. weekdays, and from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. weekends

There is a $20 fee for room usage per meeting. There is an additional $50 fee for arts and crafts meetings in the room, or if food will be served. The rental fee may be paid by check, cash, or credit card. Please pay online or mail or drop off your fee to The Landings Association, 600 Landings Way South, Savannah, GA 31411 no later than two business days before your scheduled event. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled.

BY CHECKING OFF ON THE BOX BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND WILL ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:

• No smoking, cooking, dining (light hors d’oeuvres acceptable), painting, or other such activities will be permitted.
• Users must furnish their own supplies for all meetings. The Landings Association will not furnish cups, coffee, pencils, paper, etc. for meetings.
• Users will be responsible for arranging gate passes for any off-island attendees.
• Users will be responsible for any trash or damage found in the room following the meeting. All trash must be placed in trash cans before the building is vacated. If The Landings Association corrects the problem(s), it will invoice the group or individual for the additional costs.
• If your meeting is scheduled at a time when The Landings Association is closed, the key must be signed out from the main gate.
• Any Landings Association member who reserves the room is responsible for securing the building after everyone has exited. The last person to leave must lock the conference room exit doors leading to the outside. They must then leave the building through one of the crash doors. Only these exits may be used, in order to keep the building secure.
• I (the person submitting this request) am responsible for obtaining any required County permits associated with the activity.
• The Landings Association is not responsible for the safety or welfare of non-members.
• Events that promote sales to the community, including food trucks and pop-up shops, are not permitted unless it is a Landings Association sponsored event.
• The Landings Association reserves the right to deny access to anyone.

Use of alcohol on common property:

• No alcoholic beverages may be sold on TLA property nor may any persons under the age of 21 years of age have in their possession said items at any time on TLA property.
• If, at any time, alcoholic beverages should be served by anyone on TLA property, the applicant(s) agrees to hold harmless and indemnify TLA, its officers, directors, and employees of and from any and all claims for personal injuries (including wrongful death) and property damage sustained by anyone as a result of any act of commission or omission of any person who has consumed any such substance.

Parking/Guest Registration – An emergency lane must be kept clear at all times on every street. Guests will park in marked spaces where available. Overflow will be contained to one side of the street. Fire hydrants or mailboxes may not be blocked and grassy areas may not be parked on. Off island guests (participants) will be identified by name to the Security department in advance of the event. If you are expecting five (5) or more off island guests, an alphabetical list is required for security. This list must have date, time, and location of the event as well as sponsor’s name and pin number.

Clean up/Set up – Clean up and trash removal will be the responsibility of the property owner whose signature appears on this agreement. This includes removal of any food garbage from the site and any adjustments made to the fields for organized team use.

Special Events – You must fill out the Special Events Permit if you will require any of the following:

• Special gate access
• Overflow or street parking
• Security Officer support
• Public Works support
