Administration Building
The centrally-located Administration Building, just inside the Main Gate, houses The Landings Association’s main operations. It serves as the home of the Community Development, Community Relations, Finance, General Manager, Human Resources, and Security Departments. (The Public Works Department is housed in a separate facility, onsite.)

Residents can come to this facility for record maintenance, vehicle RFID tags, architectural and covenant compliance support.

Meeting Room Reservation
A meeting room is available for use after normal business hours. The room holds a maximum of 50 attendees.
There is a $20 room rental fee and an additional $50 fee for arts and crafts meetings in the room, or if food will be served.
