TLA Back Parking Lot Agreement TLA Back Parking Lot Agreement The Landings Association's parking lot can be used by residents and their guests for short-term parking. Use of the back parking lot requires authorization by Landings Security. The fee is $10 per day or $50 for one week (seven days). By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to the following: I understand that RVs, boats, and trailers may be parked at The Landings Association (TLA) for a maximum of 14 days with permission from Landings Security. I understand that I may be required to move the RV, boat, or trailer at any time. I understand that if the RV, boat, or trailer is parked for more than 14 days, I may be fined daily and/or my item towed. If my item is towed, I am responsible for any charges associated with towing.
