Storage yard spaces are available for residents’ use behind the Public Works building at 600 Landings Way South, and at two yards located on McWhorter Drive by the Fire Station and Recycling Center. Spaces available range in size from 10′ x 20′ to 13′ x 66′. Prices range from $169 to $558 for a six-month lease, and from $260 to $858 for a 12-month lease, based on the size.

Residents may store a variety of items in these spaces, with the exception of boats over 14-feet long. Six-month and 12-month agreements are available, with all monies due at the beginning of the rental agreement. Partial refunds are issued if the Lessee sells all of his/her Landings property and no longer is a property owner.
