BrightView Landscapes Winter Projects
BrightView Landscapes began to replace the flower beds at TLA-owned facilities and gatehouses this week. These flower bed replacements are completed four times per year and are included within our annual landscape contract with BrightView.
All gatehouses and TLA-owned facilities received their second application of pine straw for the year ahead of the holiday season. 
Nature Trail Signboard Repairs
The wooden shingle roof over the signboard at the TLA Nature Trail entrance has been completely rebuilt and was covered with a metal roof this week. The previous structure had deteriorated and required repair.
Landings Community Park Stadium Light Repair
One of the stadium lights in The Landings Community Park remained on 24/7 and would not shut off. Repair of the light required replacing an RGB module, followed by having it programmed remotely from a Georgia Power Center in Atlanta, Georgia. All repair costs were covered in our service agreement with Georgia Power. Without the service agreement, the cost of the repair would have been between $2,000-$3,000.
Infrastructure Repairs – Concrete and Road Repairs
Absolute Concrete continued curb repairs on Willeford Drive this week.
Bennett Paving completed road repairs on Pennystone Retreat and the entrance to the Dog Park and Club Maintenance Facility this week.
