Nothing says fall and Halloween quite like pumpkins. As you are picking out the perfect pumpkin for your holiday decor, don’t forget to make a plan for disposal for when the time comes.
Please do not discard your pumpkins in the lagoons or common areas. Putting pumpkins in the lagoons adds unwanted nutrients and creates the perfect environment for algae growth. They also can become lodged in the drainage system.
Remember, putting used pumpkins out for deer is considered feeding and can be a source of disease to the animals.
