Vehicle Accident
On Monday, November 10, Landings Security responded to the Moon River gate in response to a single vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, who was making a DoorDash delivery, reported that she was distracted by texting the resident on her phone and struck the metal pole located before the gate. The vehicle sustained damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) was not contacted.
Traffic Safety Update
The Guardian Pro Camera has been deployed at Shellwind Drive near Sundew Road. From November 5-11, there were 42 violations. The highest record speed was 48 MPH.
TLA Rules and Regulations Enforcement (sans Guardian Pro)
- Three residents were cited for early placement of bulk trash.
Community Path & Golf Cart Rules Enforcement
- One resident was cited for operating a golf cart in a no cart zone.
