Please Dispose of Pumpkins Properly

- As you are picking out the perfect pumpkin for your holiday decor, don’t forget to make a plan for disposal for when the time comes.
- Please do not discard your pumpkins in the lagoons or common areas.
CDD Weekly Update
- Routine inspections were conducted in Palmetto this week. Follow-up and requested inspections were conducted throughout the island. This week, two properties were contacted regarding new violations of the Private Property Maintenance Standards, and three properties were contacted to provide courtesy education regarding property maintenance standards.
On the Security Scene
- On Sunday, October 5, Landings Security, Chatham County Fire Department (CCFD), and Chatham Emergency Services (CES) responded to Priest Landing Drive and Monastery Road West for a report of a juvenile falling out of a golf cart.
- On Friday, October 3, Landings Security responded to a residence on Tamarind Lane for a report of vandalism.
- The Guardian Pro Camera has been deployed at Landings Way South near Huntingwood Retreat.
On the Waterfront
- The weather and multiple days of small craft advisories kept boating activities low.
- Marinas staff have been cleaning and making repairs throughout the property.
- The Polywood Adirondack chairs arrived this week and are now available to be enjoyed.

- On Thursday, Sean Burgess was one of the panelists on the Coastal Groundwater Resources panel organized by the Skidaway Abigails.
- This week, RD Tree Service removed 15 diseased and/or damaged trees from storm-related events (a most recent lighting incident) on common property.

Community Paths Maintenance – Panel Replacement
- Throughout the year, staff and its contractor, Absolute Concrete, work to replace damaged community path panels located on the 30 miles of Association-owned community paths.
- In 2025, more than 200 panels have been replaced to date

CCA October 13 Meeting

- The porch at Landings Harbor Marina is a popular gathering spot for residents throughout the day. To enhance the porch and comfort for residents, there will be four new Adirondack chairs purchased to replace the small medal chairs.
- The Dockside Bar also will receive eight new bar stools to enhance this amenity available to all residents.

- On Saturday, September 27, a resident on Prescott Lane contacted the Main Gate to report a suspicious incident that had occurred around 5 a.m. that morning.
- On Tuesday, September 30, Security responded to a residence on Cricket Court for a suspicious incident.
