First Responders Update

- People start celebrating with family and friends, and there is always an uptick of social gatherings.
- With that, we also see a lot of drinking and driving.
- I have to admit, it is bizarre that I have to write articles at all about the dangers of consuming alcohol and then getting behind the wheel of a vehicle. (Yes, that includes golf carts, too.)
Community Marketing & Real Estate Update
- Autumn has arrived, and with it, a few shifts in our real estate winds in The Landings. Here’s what we’re seeing as the year winds down.
- Inquiries from our national and local marketing are slightly below those of last year, but that’s not a surprise given the overall national real estate market.
- We’ve refined how we target potential buyers, focusing on those most likely to embrace life in The Landings.
- While the number of in-person visits has dipped, requests for Discovery Visit information have increased — a great sign that serious buyers are doing their homework and planning ahead.
- Visitors today tend to be more intentional and informed. Fewer browsers, and more decision-makers.
