First Responders Update
- If there is any confusion, which clearly there still is, a golf cart is a vehicle. The difference between a golf cart and a car should be obvious.
- A golf cart doesn’t have windows, airbags, and tons of steel around it to protect you when you have an accident.
- Some people don’t even have seatbelts on their golf cart, and a car has those, too.
- When you make the conscious decision to either let your underage child drive the cart or sit in your lap while you drive or ride, please ask yourself the simple question below.
- Would you do this in your car?
- If the short answer is a resounding no, then this should be an easy fix.
Community Marketing & Real Estate Update
- At 10 a.m. on Friday, August 1, the Goodwill truck in The Landings Real Estate Company’s back parking lot wasn’t just parked — it was surrounded.
- It was the launch of our Company’s First Fridays for Goodwill, a new monthly tradition that will continue through the end of 2025
- September will bring an extra layer of community connection. Our second First Friday lines up with The Village Library’s Second Saturday pickup.
- At The Landings Real Estate Company, selling homes is only part of our purpose.
- We believe in Real Estate with Real Reinvestment — putting our success back into the community we serve.
Check Out the Dog Park at a Reduced Rate
