Landings Pride
What is PRIDE?
PRIDE or Property Renewal Initiative with Direction & Education is a Landings Association project intended to improve our community and its home values by ensuring all residences appear neat and well-kept.
The initiative offers residents:
· A way to self-assess the appearance and condition of their homes and properties
· Identify potential problems
· Find solutions for common appearance concerns
· Recognize outstanding community homes that exemplify PRIDE of ownership
