• Boat Storage is for Landings property owners only. 
• Dockage/storage is billed one month in advance to the person listed as the primary boat owner.
• Written notice is required for boats leaving storage/dockage. Until written notice is received, the primary owner will be responsible for any fees incurred.
• New boats being stored will be charged a pro-rated amount for storage/dockage when the boat is received into inventory. Storage/dockage is thereafter billed on a monthly basis; fees are not pro-rated when a boat leaves inventory.
• Accounts past due by more than 60 days will not have access to their vessel until the account becomes current. 
• Boat owners that indicate “ANNUAL CONTRACT,” but withdraw the boat in less than ONE FULL YEAR will incur a penalty fee equal to the difference between the “ANNUAL” and “MONTHLY’ rates for the months the boat was in storage

Dockage Rate: $2.25/ft/day

Electricity Rate: 30 amp, $5/day — 50 amp, $10/day

Pump Out: $5 per cycle

The Marine Services Center is outsourced to Dolan Yacht Services.

Dolan Yacht Services is located at The Landings Harbor Marina, and is accessible by land or via the Wilmington River. We are a marine service center providing the Savannah, GA and surrounding areas with quality, timely, and fair motor repairs. At Dolan Yacht Services, we have a well trained, experienced staff with more than 15 years of combined mechanical experience. But more importantly, we are honest, down-to-earth people who treat you the way we want to be treated. We know boats, and our job is to make sure you don’t have any problems when you’re on the water.

To do this, we specialize in providing boat and yacht services including engine repairs and maintenance, sales of parts and accessories, motor sales, and trailer sales. Our shop is proud to have a fully certified captain, towing endorsement, certified mechanics, a Suzuki dealership, and a Magic Tilt Trailer dealership.

We make sure to treat our customers with both honesty and respect each time they request our services, and we are able to do this by working closely with our suppliers to provide the highest quality parts at fair and reasonable prices.

On most afternoons, there are sailboats making their way across the Wilmington River—tacking upwind, spinnakers billowing downwind—and if you’ve seen them, you’ve seen the members of The Landings Sailing Club (TLSC) in action.

On weekends, the action gets a bit more energized as boats compete against each other in races run by the club, and on some weekends, in regattas against boats from other clubs.

TLSC, part of TLA’s amenities, maintains a fleet of Rhodes 19s and J/24s — two classic keelboats known for their performance and enjoyment. The Rhodes 19s are nimble, 19-foot boats sailed by crews of two to three. The J/24s, slightly larger at 24 feet, carry three to five sailors and offer a thrilling ride for those who love speed and strategy.

Landings Harbor Store has everything you need to make your outing on the water more comfortable. Check out our Rheos floating sunglasses. We offer a variety of styles in adult and kids sizes. We also have clothing, boating supplies, and snacks, including Leopold’s Ice Cream. Maybe you need a cup of coffee while on your morning stroll around the island or want to stop in for a quick hello and a treat for your four-legged friend. No problem; we’ve got you covered!

The retail store is open during Landings Harbor’s regular operating hours. Current hours are Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The Skidaway Island Boating Club (SIBC) was founded in 2015 to bring people together who love to boat, sail, kayak, fish or just spend time on or near the water.  SIBC is a social club that plans regular events for our members to explore and enjoy the beautiful islands and waterways that make up this unique area surrounding Savannah, Georgia, known as the Low Country.
