THE MARKET AT 3 WEST RIDGE
A three day shopping boutique and spring plant sale sponsored annually by St. Peter’s Episcopal church. More than 1.5 million dollars has been raised over the last 27 years and given to non profit organizations in the greater Savannah community who work to enhance the social, emotional and educational well being of Savannah’s children and youth. A committee reviews applications and selects two non profits to receive funding-divided equally between the two. Recent awards have been in excess of $35,000 each. The event opens February 3 with a 4:30-7:00 wine and appetizer reception and shopping; February 4 hours are 10;00-5:00 shopping with a $15 box lunch available for purchase; February 5, Market hours are 10:00-4:00. Tickets, good for all three Market days are available at the door.
