In 2024, The Landings Association recorded a total 3,592,513 vehicle entries into the community and 19,640 active RFIDs by year’s end. As of September 15, 2025, the community already has seen 2,192,881 vehicle entries for the year, with 21,626 active RFIDs in circulation.

To address the persistent speeding concerns, a Radar Placard Trailer was deployed at various locations throughout the community in early 2024. Initially, drivers exceeding posted speed limits received warnings to encourage safer driving habits. Beginning July 1, 2024, The Landings Association implemented a structured fine system for speeding violations:

Speeding Violations:

**Recommendation for suspension of driving privileges in the community for 30 days**

These fines were introduced with the goal of curbing excessive speeding and promoting safer driving behavior within the community. From July to December 2024, a total of 785 speeding violations were recorded. Encouragingly, this number has declined significantly in 2025. As of September 15, 2025, only 258 violations have been reported year-to-date.

The Landings Association remains committed to fostering a safer environment for all residents and visitors. Continued awareness and adherence to posted speed limits are essential as we work together to maintain a secure and respectful community.
