Holiday Preparations and Lagoon Maintenance
Pine straw was applied to Tidewater Square and surrounding trees bordering Lagoon 66 in preparation for Halloween. Additional pine straw will be applied to all gates prior to Thanksgiving. The lagoon crew focused heavily on the lagoons throughout the Oakridge golf course in preparation for the grand re-opening, which included additional treatments and dye applications.
Community Paths Maintenance
This week, Absolute Concrete replaced 22 damaged concrete panels along the community path that runs from Priest Landing Drive to Marsh Tower Lane.
Bartram Road and Priest Landing Drive Retaining Wall Project
Work continued along the retaining wall at the intersection of Bartram Road and Priest Landing Drive this week with the installation of the retaining wall blocks. The project is 65% completed, with an anticipated completion date by the end of November.
