Lagoon 45 Structure Replacement
This week, PINCO began lowering the water levels in Lagoon 45 (located off of Westcross Road and Log Landing Road) to replace the water control structure that was found to be inoperable during routine testing of the structure. The gate valve had separated from the lifting mechanism, thus making the valve inoperable. This structure is vital for stormwater and flooding control which allows the lagoon levels to be dropped in the event of an anticipated weather event.

Road Maintenance and Repair
KM Striping completed seal coating Pensyre Retreat this week, while the repaving of Vandy Court has been resheduled to next week due to the forecast of rain. Both projects will be completed outside of this year’s large-scale project and funded through the department’s road maintenance budget.
Community Path Maintenance
Absolute Concrete completed repairing the community path at the Oakridge Gate this week. Staff would like to thank The Landings Club for allowing the community to use the #3 hole of Oakridge as a detour to minimize the inconvenience to residents traveling through this area of the community path system during this maintenance.
