Landings Harbor Marina
Normal Operating Hours: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Marinas staff are finalizing the Landings Harbor Dry Rack projects for the fourth and final phase. The plan is for Roof & Rack to deliver and begin construction of the final phase in March 2026. Phase three of the project will begin at the end of October 2025 with an estimated completion date of January 15, 2026. The final phase of the project will immediately follow with a scheduled completion date of April 15, 2026. Final approval for this project will go before the Board of Directors this month.
Staff have adjusted to the standard operating hours at the Marinas. Adjustments include the daily routines and staffing levels to meet the operational demands with higher emphasis on the weekends. All seasonal staff have now departed.
Landings Dry Storage Activity
Delegal Creek Marina
Normal Operating Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Staff continue investigating the expansion and financial impact at Delegal Creek Marina. Bellingham Marine and Golden Marine Systems are providing dock system proposals for this project. Engineering, permitting, environmental impact, and infrastructure studies are underway to provide a turn-key costs analysis of this project for consideration.
Staff have been performing routine maintenance around the property to prepare for the upcoming transient season. Delegal Creek Marina hosts many boaters during the fall migration South for those escaping the freezing temperatures. There is a maximum stay of two weeks at the marina due to the high demand for long-term slips and to allow for a higher number of transient visitors passing through the area. TLA and The Landings Golf & Athletic Club’s partnership provide access to the Club facilities and dining options during their stay, to expose them to the wonderful amenities available in The Landings.
