Appeals Request

Submit this form along with any supporting documents to The Landings Association. Appeals hearings are on the second Wednesday of the month beginning at 4 p.m. in The Landings Association’s Conference Room (600 Landings Way). To ensure appeals are heard in a timely manner, an appeals hearing shall be conducted during either the first or second scheduled Appeals Committee meeting following the submission of the appeal. Appellants who wish to appear before the Committee may, for good cause shown, request a one-time extension (not to exceed one month) of the above-noted period.

If the appellant is unable to attend (either in person or virtually) either the first or second scheduled Appeals Committee meeting following the submission of their appeal and has not been granted any requested one-time extension, the appellant is deemed to have waived their right to attend an appeals hearing, and the Appeals Committee will make its decision based on the written appeal.

The Landings Association’s Covenants require that a Request for an Appeal be received by The Landings Association no later than 10 days from the date of the notice of the violation, citation, or infraction. Any appeals received after 10 days will not be considered and the fines, if any, must be paid in full and remitted to The Landings Association (600 Landings Way, Savannah, GA 31411).

You will receive confirmation of your appeals request via email, and all correspondence regarding your appeal will be handled via email.
