Parking plays a crucial role in maintaining the order and safety of the community. Did you know that The Landings Association’s Rules and Regulations has a section for parking? Below are some highlights from this section.
- Overnight parking on Common Property, including streets, is prohibited without prior authorization from Landings Security.
- Vehicles parked on private property must always be parked on a paved surface.
- Utility trailers, boats, boat trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, and similar vehicles may be parked on private property for one overnight period per month with prior authorization from Landings Security.
- Covered vehicles are not permitted in the community without consent from the Board of Directors.
