TLA Board Quarterly Drop-In Sessions

Jun 18, 2025 | Archived Emails

Did you know TLA’s Board hosts quarterly Drop-In Sessions to hear member feedback and answer questions? These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for residents to engage directly with the Board, raise issues of personal importance or concern, and receive updates on community-related matters.

The most recent session, held on April 22, welcomed eight participants, all of whom contributed thoughtful input and raised meaningful questions. The Board greatly appreciates the active participation of residents and is dedicated to fostering open dialogue within the community.

It’s important to note that while the Board strives to address all resident concerns, certain matters, such as fire services, EMTs, and County roads, fall outside its jurisdiction. For these issues, residents are encouraged to reach out directly to Chatham County elected and appointed officials to ensure their voices are heard. You can email Chatham County Chair Chester Ellis (chairman@chathamcounty.org), District 4 Chatham County Commissioner Pat Farrell (district4@chathamcounty.org), as well as County Manager Michael Kaigler (mkaigler@chathamcounty.org).

Looking ahead, the Board is pleased to announce the upcoming quarterly drop-in sessions below, which will continue to serve as a platform for community engagement.

  • July 22 from 3 to 4 p.m.
  • October 28 from 3 to 4 p.m.

President Patty Morgan said she looks forward to welcoming members to the upcoming sessions and hearing their feedback, which helps to positively shape the community.

“These sessions are a testament to our Board’s commitment to maintaining open discussions and strengthening relationships within the community,” she said. “If you haven’t attended a Drop-In Session yet, please consider joining the next one to share your thoughts and learn more about the initiatives shaping The Landings. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to making our community thrive!”
