On Monday (February 13), Bennett Paving will begin this year’s annual road resurfacing project starting with the milling of Nathanael Lane, Gumtree Lane, and Breakfast Court. After the roads have been milled, Bennett Paving will begin the paving process starting with Nathanael Lane.
During this time, the community path on Breakfast Court will be closed to all golf cart traffic. Barring any weather and/or asphalt plant delays, we anticipate this portion of the capital project to take approximately five days to complete.
