• Boat Storage is for Landings property owners only.
• Dockage/storage is billed one month in advance to the person listed as the primary boat owner.
• Written notice is required for boats leaving storage/dockage. Until written notice is received, the primary owner will be responsible for any fees incurred.
• New boats being stored will be charged a pro-rated amount for storage/dockage when the boat is received into inventory.
• Storage/dockage is thereafter billed on a monthly basis – fees are not pro-rated when a boat leaves inventory.
• Accounts past due by more than 60 days will not have access to their vessel until the account becomes current.
• Boat owners that indicate “ANNUAL CONTRACT,” but withdraw the boat in less than ONE FULL YEAR will incur a penalty fee equal to the difference between the “ANNUAL” and “MONTHLY’ rates for the months the boat was in storage.

Dockage Rate: $2.25/ft/day

Electricity Rate: 30 amp, $5/day — 50 amp, $10/day

Pump Out: $5 per cycle

Delegal Creek Marina is a favorite with island residents for it serenity and beautiful sunsets. The marina provides boaters with access to the following amenities:

Make your next event a memorable one by holding it at The Landings’ picturesque Sunset Pavilion at Delegal Creek Marina. The Sunset Pavilion is available to all Landings residents on a fee-for-usage basis. A great place for birthday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners or any other get-togethers, the room was recently renovated, and boasts a new bar area (equipped with ice maker and cooler), furniture, flat-screen televisions with digital cable, hardwood floors, buffet, and a prep area.

The facility can accommodate parties of 64 inside the room on the main floor, and an additional 32 people if the outside porch area is utilized.
