Club Car Championship Preparations
All preparations for the Club Car Championship have been completed. BrightView completed the pine straw application in Deer Creek, at the gatehouses, and center islands. Additionally, all lagoons have been treated and dyed, and new plantings were installed at the Deer Creek Village gate.
Street sweeper schedules have been modified to allow for earlier street sweeping cycles before the tournament begins each day.
2025 Road Repair and Replacement Project
This week, Bennett Paving milled and paved Quahog Lane. The contractor also made asphalt repairs on Morning Marsh Road and at Landings Harbor Marina.
Additionally, Absolute Concrete completed road curb repairs on Wickersham Drive, Delegal Road, and Bartram Road.
Signage Maintenance, Pressure Washing and Lighting Upgrades
Staff pressure washed and painted the Marsh Tower and Moon River Landing signs this week.
New light fixtures were installed at the base of the directional sign located after Skidaway Island Park Road this week. A portion of the service feed was also rewired.
